The 200 m² fitness area at Landgut Dreihof in Landau offers plenty of space for targeted training. High-quality equipment from market leader Life Fitness enables a varied full-body workout – comparable to a full-service fitness club. Ideal for supplementing your golf training during the season or for targeted preparation for the upcoming golf season during the winter months.

Fitness Trainer:
Therapeutic personal training at Landgut Dreihof
Fabienne Glatz and Jan Odenbach from REHA MED Gesundheitspark GmbH in Herxheim near Landau are available to all GOLF absolute members as experienced and competent personal trainers in the gym at the Landgut Dreihof golf course for a fee.
In addition, instruction in the use of the training equipment available there and the creation of individual training plans are also possible.
