Golf is not just played on the course. Strength, flexibility, and stability are important foundations for a relaxed and powerful swing. The fitness area at Golfgarten Deutsche Weinstraße in Dackenheim offers around 70 m² of space for targeted training – ideal for improving your fitness and supplementing your golf training. Whether during the season or as preparation in the winter months: here you can keep moving all year round.

• Regeneration included by infrared cabin in the changing rooms
• Comfortable changing rooms with separate areas for women and men
• Our service: we provide towels for use during the day

Fitness Trainer:

In the fitness area of the Golfgarten Deutsche Weinstraße, members have the opportunity to train with Florian Meier.

The sports scientist (M.A.) with a focus on sports medicine training and performance physiology is a master fitness trainer, A-licensed fitness trainer, nutrition coach, and golf physio trainer (biomechanics & fitness). He has been coaching athletes and health-conscious individuals with individual training concepts for over 12 years.

As a passionate golfer with more than 23 years of experience and a former competitive athlete in the 2nd Bundesliga of the German Golf League, he combines sports science expertise with practical golfing experience.

Training focus:

• General fitness and performance enhancement
• Golf-specific training to improve stability, mobility, and strength
• Rehabilitative training for orthopedic or internal medical conditions
• Preventive training to avoid injuries
